The Enterprise Plan provides additional options to help protect your company's information and manage how employees and admins access Connecteam.

Single Sign-On (SSO): Allow employees and admins to log in to Connecteam using your organization's existing identity provider, such as Microsoft, Google, or Okta. SSO simplifies the login process by reducing the number of passwords employees need to manage, while giving your organization greater control over authentication and access.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Add an extra layer of security when admins access the dashboard. When enabled, admins must enter their username and password, followed by a temporary verification code sent to their registered mobile phone. This helps protect your organization's information from unauthorized access.

Biometric App Lock: Require employees to verify their identity using their device's built-in authentication method, such as facial recognition or fingerprint authentication, whenever they access the Connecteam mobile app. This provides an additional layer of protection for employee information and company data.
