Connecteam is split into three hubs: the Operations Hub, the Communication Hub, and the HR & Skills Hub. Each hub is also split into different plans, so you can choose the capabilities that fit your organization. To make life easier, we’ve created a guide for each hub and the different tools and capabilities that exist on each plan:
Operations Hub: Limited, Basic, Advanced, Expert, and Enterprise
Communication Hub: Limited, Basic, Advanced, Expert, and Enterprise
HR & Skills Hub: Limited, Basic, Advanced, Expert, and Enterprise
The Communication Hub consists of the following features:
The Enterprise Plan was built for larger organizations with endless room for growth. It includes every capability of the Expert Plan and removes the limits, so you can communicate at any scale. Let’s go over what the Enterprise Plan adds to each
feature.
Updates
Unlimited Attachment Types: Combine as many different attachment types as you need in a single update, such as an image, a video, a file, and a link, to create rich newsletters and announcements.
Scheduled and Recurring Updates: Plan your publications ahead of time and set updates to recur.
Custom Publishers: Publish an update as your HR team or your company instead of as a single user.
Knowledge Base
Unlimited Storage: Store all of your company knowledge without a storage cap.
Knowledge Base Agents: Create up to 20 AI agents that answer employee questions based on your Knowledge Base.
Help Desk
Unlimited Help Desks: Create as many dedicated Help Desks as your organization needs, such as HR, IT, and Finance & Payroll, with representatives assigned to respond to queries.
Chat, Events, Surveys, and Directory
All capabilities that exist on the Basic, Advanced, and Expert Plans are available on the Enterprise Plan, including chat shortcuts, AI message translation, and event shortcuts.
Automations
Automations on the Enterprise Plan include everything on the Expert Plan: multiple actions, SMS, email, and AI conditions.
API Access and Increased Rate Limits
Connect Connecteam to your own systems and third-party tools. The Enterprise Plan gives you increased API rate limits, so you can run larger integrations without hitting limits. To create an API key, go to General Settings > API Keys, create a key, copy it, and paste it into your system.
Security and Sign-In
Single Sign-On (SSO): Let your employees sign in with your company’s identity provider.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Add a second verification step when employees sign in.
Biometric App Lock: Require fingerprint or face recognition to open the Connecteam app.
