The answer to this question depends on the specific plan you have. Some of our plans have a limit on the number of users you can add, while others do not.
Let's review each of our plans below to understand the limitations on the number of employees you can add to your account. We'll also explore the options available for when your team starts to grow and you wish to add more employees.
The Small Business Plan
Our Small Business Plan is completely free of charge and only available for companies with up to 10 users (active and archived). When your team starts to grow and you wish to add more than 10 users, you will need to upgrade to one of our paying plans (Limited, Basic, Advanced, or Expert).
The Limited Plan
Our Limited plan includes 30 seats/users and it is not possible to add more seats. If you are under the Limited plan and wish to add more seats, you will need to upgrade to a paying plan where you will receive 30 base seats and the opportunity to add more at an extra cost.

The Basic Plan
Our Basic plan includes 30 seats/users and you are more than welcome to add more whenever you need them.
On the Monthly cycle, each additional user is $0.6 per month
On the Yearly cycle, each additional user is $0.5 per month

The Advanced Plan
Our Advanced plan includes 30 seats/users and you are more than welcome to add more whenever you need them.
On the Monthly cycle, each additional user is $1.8 per month
On the Yearly cycle, each additional user is $1.5 per month

The Enterprise Plan
Our Enterprise Plan was built for larger organizations, with endless room for growth. It provides unlimited capabilities with a custom pricing structure for each product hub. If your organization is larger than 300 employees, the Enterprise plan is definitely the way to go.
