Syncing the Time Clock and Job Schedule is a capability open for Owners only.

If you are trying to sync the Time Clock and the Job Schedule, and when clicking on the "More" button in the Time Clock don't see the option to "Sync with shift scheduler", It is because you are an admin and not an owner. In this case, you should contact the account owner who can either perform the sync or adjust your permissions accordingly.
