In the first video, we will give you a basic overview of how Connecteam will work for you and your team. The video is divided into four parts:

Setting Up Jobs
Users must select which job they need to do when they clock in. We call them jobs, but depending on your company, this can be a customer, an activity, a location, a role, and more. This video explains how to set up your jobs and how they differ for different companies. For companies with many jobs, we recommend adding a few so that you can get started. The rest can always be added later.

Preparing for Payroll
Now that your time clock is set up and employees are clocking in and out, it's time to prepare for payroll. In this video, we dive deeper into:
How to pay attention to issues in your timesheets
Approving pending requests that employees send in, such as edit requests.
How to pay attention to scheduled vs worked hours
Editing a users timesheet on their behalf
Approving an employee's timesheets so no one makes any changes after approval. We highly recommend having employees submit their timesheets before approval as well.
How to export for payroll. You can either choose to integrate with one of our partners or do a manual export, from which we have many options to choose from.
